Questions

What planners ask first.

What does Eric Sanchez speak about?

Four talks built on one argument: that organizations which grow without breaking treat people, process and technology as a single system, and that this is learnable rather than innate. The topics are The Business Behind the Business, Scaling Without Amplifying Dysfunction, The Cabinet of Rivals, and Technology & AI Change Nobody Fights.

What formats and session lengths are available?

Keynotes run 45 to 60 minutes. Workshop formats run 90 minutes to a half day depending on the topic. Three of the four talks are also delivered virtually. Custom sessions are built on request.

Who are his talks for?

Founders and owner-operators, executive and leadership teams, operations and COO-level leaders, and association or industry conferences. Also organizations in a growth, merger or acquisition transition, and teams adopting new systems, automation or AI.

What are Eric Sanchez’s credentials?

He is a United States Marine Corps veteran, a named inventor on 30 US patents, and Managing Partner and founder of Maestro Strategic Partners. He spent more than twenty years at one company, joining as employee number seven and leaving as Vice President of Strategy. He was the data and technology lead on the nationwide claims operation behind a $1.25 billion federal settlement, and is co-author of Invested Leadership.

What was the $1.25 billion settlement?

The nationwide claims operation behind a $1.25 billion federal civil-rights settlement: 384 in-person meetings across 66 cities in 23 states, serving roughly 22,000 people, supported by a geomapping system that placed 97% of them within reach of a meeting site. The court awarded the maximum fee, citing the professionalism and diligence of the work.

What happens after we book him?

Contract, invoicing and travel are handled within a week of agreeing the date. Four to six weeks out there is a thirty-minute pre-event call with you and one or two people who will be in the room, so the examples are drawn from your audience rather than generic. One week out the deck goes to your AV team and the introduction script to your emcee. On the day he arrives early to test AV and meet attendees. Afterwards he sends a short resource list for attendees, and will debrief with you if you want one.

Can he sign books at our event?

Yes. A book signing for Invested Leadership can be added to any format.

How do we check his availability?

Use the inquiry form on the contact page. Eric reads every inquiry himself and replies within two business days, including when he is not the right fit for the event.
